The fundraiser fee is a transparent 10% platform fee automatically deducted from the total amount raised. This fee helps cover secure payment processing, verification, customer support, and the operational costs of running the AVISA platform.
There are no hidden charges — the remaining funds go directly to your cause.
Are donor tips to AVISA mandatory?
No. Donor tips to AVISA are always optional. When making a donation, supporters may choose to leave a voluntary tip to help sustain the platform — but it is never required. Donors can adjust or remove the tip before completing their contribution.
How long does it take to receive withdrawn funds?
Once a withdrawal is requested and approved, funds are typically sent within 1–5 business days, depending on whether you're withdrawing with mobile money or bank transfer.
Is my fundraiser verified before going live?
Yes. AVISA reviews campaigns and may request supporting documents to ensure transparency and authenticity before approval.
